The 10-minute connection in the dated example is a search result, not a universal recommendation.
Instead of relying on a fixed number:
- Search Kyoto–Matsumoto as one through journey for the actual date.

The overnight service departed Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit at 11:05 p.m., stopped at Kyoto Fukakusa at 11:22 p.m., and arrived at Matsumoto Bus Terminal at 6:20 a.m.
Read the full stop name before paying. Kyoto Fukakusa is not Kyoto Station, and a ticket for one stop should not be assumed valid for boarding at the other.
